Cioccolato Calcagno is an historical chocolate brand of Torino since 1946 awarded by Maestri del Gusto. It has moved to Collegno (TO) in 2018, after a group of associates passionate for chocolate took over the company. It still produces traditional gianduiotti and cremini through machinery of the 1950’s and 1960’s with traditional recipes and some revisited from a modern prospective. It focuses also on Piemonte hazelnut specialties in different formats, spreadable creams, dragées of different taste and chocolate bars, both classics and spiced.

Sogno in Langa

Sogno in Langa is located in an ancient farmhouse finely restored on the hill of Monforte d’Alba, in a charming position surrounded by Nebbiolo vineyards in the heart of the prestigious Bricco San Pietro.

Four bright and cozy rooms: a suite with two bedrooms, a junior matrimonial suite with a large furnished panoramic terrace, a deluxe matrimonial room with a small panoramic terrace, and a superior matrimonial room on the ground floor with direct access to the surrounding vineyard.

Guests have access to the “infinity pool” with a refreshing waterfall, a heated panoramic jacuzzi during the cooler periods, and a solarium.

Every morning, a sweet and savory breakfast featuring local products is served. The room also has a fridge stocked with still and sparkling water. Parking is available in the private courtyard.

Accommodations are available for groups of up to ten guests.

Salumificio Benese – COLD CUTS

Salumificio Benese was founded in 1973 by an idea of the brothers Antonio and Giuseppe Borra, who together with their friend Bruno Belmondo constitute a small laboratory for the slaughter and processing of pork in the historic center of Narzole, a town on the outskirts of the Langhe.  The pigs are selected with great care, choosing only the best animals in the farms of the nearby countryside. Faithful to a pact of loyalty with the territory, the company cultivates the traditions of Piedmont, researches the raw material near the slaughterhouse and, above all, it is strongly rooted in the founding values of its creed: craftsmanship, made in Italy, safety and customer care.

The winery offers visitors a unique experience between the art of wine and design. Tastings with a tour are by appointment only and are carried out in groups divided by language and time of arrival. For a dedicated experience we recommend our private tour. Tasting takes place in the dedicated tasting room, or on our rooftop terrace, where you will be guided by our team and where you can relax with the impressive view of the vineyards. In the wine shop you can also order wine by the glass, perhaps accompanying it with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. It is also possible to organise company events and team building. We look forward to welcoming you to our world of tradition and innovation.

Beppino Occelli began his activity in the dairy sector in 1976. His Butter and Cheese have always followed the evolution of taste, indeed in some cases they have been ahead of their time, from the famous Tuma dla Paja to the extremely rare Escarun, unanimously considered an authentic and inimitable delicacy.

His passion for local cheese-making traditions, combined with his great creativity, have allowed him to produce a wide variety of cheeses that are highly appreciated by gourmets all over the world. At the Langa dairy in Farigliano, only exclusive specialties are produced, some of which, such as Cusiè, mature and are aged for a long time in the fresh and ancient cellars of Valcasotto, to become the Beppino Occelli’s  “Gran Riserva”
