“Cugnà” in Serralunga d’Alba – third edition

The famous Piedmont “Cugnà”, a wine must jam served with local cheese and traditional dishes, will be the star attraction in Serralunga d’Alba from September 25th to September 27th

 

Cugnà a Serralunga 2015

Friday, September 25th from 7.30pm: Gala dinner with local boiled beef and wine producers from Serralunga. The orchestra “I Roeri” will provide a musical accompaniment for the event. Cost of the dinner: € 18,00, beverages included (for reservation: +39 339 6893244).

Sunday, September 27th from 9.00am: for the entire day the historical center will host a local market with typical products. Here you will be able to participate in making Cugnà and to taste it.

From 12.00pm: food stand with appetizers, polenta, boiled beef, cheese and dessert, everything served with Cugnà and Serralunga wines. Cost of the lunch: € 20,00 beverages included (for reservation: +39 339 6893244).

At 4.00pm: award ceremony of the most genuine person in Serralunga.
