Via Spessa 25, Rodello CNWe are a company immersed in the Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site, which has been producing hazelnuts for three generations. In 2022 Luana, a pastry chef for several years, in love with these areas, decides to transform the company hazelnuts into sweet and savory products, renovating the old “pigsty” built around 1930 by the company founder Giovanni.
