Our winery was officially founded in 2018 with the renovation of our grandparents’ farmhouse, but the project’s roots go much further back, driven by passion and curiosity. Lovers of sparkling wines, it all began in the vineyard during the thinning of Nas-cetta grapes: their perfect acidity sparked an idea — what if we tried making sparkling wine from Nas-cetta? With a few friends, we harvested those clusters and carried out our first trials in our grandfather’s old cellar. With limited equipment, an old-fashioned press, and a strong desire to experiment, our first “Bolletta” was born — a 100% Nas-cetta Traditional Method sparkling wine. From simple grape growers, we rediscovered ourselves as winemakers, eager to create something authentic and handcrafted. The next natural step was to bring new life to our family farmhouse by restoring both the house and the cellar where it all began. Today, alongside “Bolletta,” we vinify the grapes we carefully cultivate: Nebbiolo, Nas-cetta del Comune di Novello, and Barolo “Sottocastello di Novello.” Our first bottle to reach the market was the 2019 Nas-cetta — a small but powerful emotion that marked the beginning of a new chapter. Today, every bottle tells a part of our story — made of land, hands, seasons, and sincere choices. Because for us, wine is not just a product: it is a memory to be uncorked, an emotion that ferments, a bond renewed harvest after harvest.
