Miele Barbees
Miele Barbees was born in 2019 from a simple dream: to approach the world of bees with curiosity and wonder. At first, it was just a game, an experiment based on observation, respect, and wonder. But sometimes the truest passions are born just like that, almost by chance. We started with three small hives that taught us, guiding us day after day to discover an extraordinary world. Curiosity was our spark. Then came study, patience, perseverance, and sacrifice. Every gesture, every choice, every effort, always driven by a strong and clear ideal: quality above all else. Authentic beekeeping today is a challenge. Between climate change and environmental and commercial difficulties, producing true, honest honey that respects nature requires courage. But we like challenges. And every day, standing before our hives, we know why we chose this path. Today, from three bee families, we have grown with respect to around sixty producing hives. We grow our honey like a fine wine: we geolocalize it, we tell the story of its origins, and the history it brings. Because every flower, every field, every forest leaves a different, unique, and precious mark. Miele Barbees is this: love of nature, passion for work well done, and the desire to give you a honey that truly tastes of the earth, the sky, and freedom.
