Today Massimo leads the kitchen alongside Elisabetta, a new interpreter of tradition with a careful and proud gaze. In the room, Luciana welcomes guests with her unmistakable, simple and authentic smile. Iacopo,as a sommelier at home, takes diners on an ever-new journey, exploring the winemaking excellence of the Langhe and the world. The spirit of a good team can also be savoured. The Camia Family’s gaze is a shared promise that we try to keep and renew every day, together. Camia’s signature cuisine was born here, among these hills and these scents.
