Our Family Company is located in a small village surrounded by Piedmonteese hills,in a place where the tradition of picking up,treating and conserving Mushrooms in olive oil with natural methods has been carried on for centuries.Our Cep mushrooms selection ,cleaning and process is exclusively handmade and brings a special touch wich make our products really unique.Following the typical Piedmonteese tradition we also produce Antipasti -starters with mushrooms,vegetables,tunafish and the special sauce still prepared with the ancient recipe our Company, and the new range of sauces ”gluten free”for Aperitivo.
