The Valerio Volpe Pasticceria e Sfizi confectionery company was born from the passion and experience of a family in the heart of Monferrato. For over thirty years, we have combined the art of pastry making passed down through generations with a modern, creative, and innovative approach. Each product embodies love, dedication, and respect for tradition, deeply rooted in the heritage of our land. We value authentic flavors, continuing a legacy of taste and quality. Our artisanal pastries, such as traditional Baci di Dama, Paste di Meliga, and Hazelnut Cakes, are made with locally sourced ingredients that pay homage to this rich culinary culture. We carefully select only the finest Italian ingredients from trusted suppliers. We use hazelnuts, rice flour, corn, and butter from the Piedmont Alps, as well as Sicilian and Apulian almonds to ensure genuine products with an authentic flavor. Beyond sweet pastries, we’ve successfully launched our savory line, looking to the future and embracing new trends. Salatì are delicious savory biscuits made with shortcrust pastry, rice flour, and extra virgin olive oil. They’re available in a variety of flavors (mixed seeds, chives, tomato and oregano, chili pepper, butter and sage, and chickpea flour and rosemary). Perfect for gourmet aperitifs, as a snack, or paired with cheeses and cured meats, their crunchy texture and refined flavor make them truly irresistible. Our pastry production is synonymous with passion, tradition, and modernity. Our mission is to satisfy both lovers of traditional pastries and those seeking original gourmet innovations.
