PASSION FOR A GREAT ITALIAN TERRITORIO
To interpret a great italian territorio, Barolo, through deep search of Nebbiolo identity & character, grown in multiple vineyards, owned by Famiglia Anselma. This is our everyday job, we commit to do, respecting the history and authenticity of our territory, expressed through 10 Barolos, each one with his own inseparable connection with a specific Area, from a commune or single vineyards, officially called Me.G.A. (Me.G.A. stands for Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva, Added Geographical Name and Famiglia Anselma is the first winery to write it on the Label ever).
In this way, to share a deeper knowledge of each single harvest, with its own peculiarity, to whom Nebbiolo, is very susceptible, and which shows, every year, a different side of the wine to discover. As longevity is for sure one of the most important value which drives our philosophy, we thought to give the chance to continue the journey to discover Barolo, through older vintages, which we conserve preciously in our underground cellar, to then release them in the future years. This is the Libreria Anselma.
