A calendar of events and initiatives to encourage the increase of qualified tourist flows in the wineries and associated structures

The strengthening of the wine tourism product in the Langhe remains the fundamental guideline for the activities of the Strada del Barolo, which aims to increasingly establish itself as a point of reference for tourists and wine lovers from all over the world who choose to visit the splendid hills that are a World Heritage Site, with the aim of generating qualified tourist flows in the area and in the associated structures.

To achieve these objectives, the Strada del Barolo intends to carry out more and more high-level activities, focusing heavily on the cohesion between the members, for whom numerous opportunities for discussion, exchange and training are foreseen, and on collaborations with other bodies and institutions of the local wine tourism system.

For 2026, the Strada del Barolo e grandi vini di Langa has planned a series of events and initiatives, including several experiential activities aimed at tourists and wine lovers relating to Barolo wine and other regional food and wine excellences, and a series of proposals to enhance the Langhe area, involving all categories of members: not only wineries and producers, but also restaurants and accommodation facilities, museums and castles.

Several training and in-depth sessions are also planned for members, which include opportunities for producers to meet with authoritative figures in the wine scene and cultural exchanges with other leading players in world winemaking excellence.

• January 23-24-25, 2026: Barolo & Barbaresco Academy Level I (in presence) – VIII edition

• January 30, 2026: Barolo Masterclass in Rome, in collaboration with FISAR

• January – March, 2026: Dialogues between Winemakers

• February 7, 2026: Barolo at Palazzo Barolo, Turin – V edition

• March 22, 2026: Barolo and Derthona take to the stage in Milan – V edition

• April 26 – September 27, 2026: Piemonte Pairing Experience, Langa’s great wines meet the region’s excellent products

• April 11 – June 27, 2026: Six seminars to share the great wines of the Langhe, Roero and Dogliani regions

• June 6, 2026: Dolcetto Summer Fest

• July 7, 2026: final event of the S.C.A.L.A. project, on the themes of sustainability in the social, agricultural, and tourism sectors

• September 7-13, 2026: Strada del Barolo at Vinòforum in Rome

• September 12, 2026: Io, Barolo 2026 celebrates the twenty years of Strada del Barolo

• September 18-20, 2026: Strada del Barolo at Bra’s – The Bra Sausage and Flavors Festival

• October 10-November 14, 2026: Wine Tasting Experience® in Alba with the Albeisa Consortium

• October 27-28, 2026: Strada del Barolo at FINE #WineTourism Marketplace Italy in Riva del Garda (TN)
