In November three cooking meetings between basic techniques and seasonal ingredients at the restaurant “Real Castello di Verduno”.

In November, for three Fridays in a row, the restaurant “Real Castello di Verduno” offers a cooking class with the chef Alessandra Buglioni di Monale.

The meetings will be held on November 10th, 17th and 24th, from 5.00pm onwards, and participants will have the opportunity to enrol in a single course, choosing from one of three evenings that will be organized, or to follow all three evenings.

Tuesday, November 10th
Peppers au gratin
Tajarin, traditional Piedmontese spaghetti, with liver chicken
Roll of roasted gunea fowl
Bunet, traditional Piedmontese dessert

Tuesday, November 17th
Vegetable pie
Risotto prepared with wine
Pork fillet in a bread crust
Zabajone, traditional Italian dessert

Tuesday, November 24th
Onion prepared with salt and stuffed with Murazzano cheese
Ravioli, pasta envelope, stuffed with cabbage and potatoes
Stewed tripe
Pears poached in wine

3 lessons with dinner and drinks: € 340
