Dinner with the wine producer

A new rendezvous in Switzerland for Consorzio I Vini del Piemonte, in one of the country’s most renowned ski resorts: Zermatt.

“Dinner with the producer” is the new event organized by Consorzio in order to directly promote producers and their wines to the public interested in meeting them in a new and original way.

On March 9th, at 7.30 pm, at the Weisshorn restaurant (www.restaurant-weisshorn.ch), which specializes in Swiss and Italian cuisine, four Piedmontese producers will present, during the dinner, their great wines, matching them with the courses prepared for the event. The evening will include a special menu with typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition.

 The producers who will take part in the event are:
- Bric Cenciurio from Barolo
- Cascina del Monastero from La Morra
- Rappellino Dario from Grazzano Badoglio
- Villa Giada from Canelli
