Copenhagen Barolo Wine Cheese and Cooking

A new successful formula of wine and cheese tasting in Denmark

It was a success the new event in the Danish capital: Barolo Wine Cheese & Cooking. Simply the best from Piemonte: Bra and other cheeses and great wines.

November 9th and 10th, six wineries of the Consorzio I Vinio del Piemonte and from Strada del Barolo and grandi Vini di Langa, together with Consorzio per la Tutela del Formaggio Bra cwith five producers and Cascina Bonetto and its ancient apples, are back to Denmark, where are 3 years that Barolo & Friends Event took place.

The event was at the “Hotel-og Restaurantskolen” of Copenhagen, an important cooking school. More than 70 professionals representant over 50 companies have met the producers from Piemonte, in workshop and BtoB meetings.

In the afternoon of November 9th, fifty partecipants had a lesson of cooking with the chef Piero Rainone of the IFSE di Piobesi Torinese (TO), followed by a dinner. A DOP Piedmontese cheeses tasting has been organized by AssoPiemonte.

Guests of the events, the Italian embassador Carlo Tripepi and the Korean embassador Byung-Ho Kim.

Day after, November 10th, another day dedicated to shoow cooking with chef Piero Raineri and a dinner with more than 60 guests.
